Core Strength Vinyasa

"This has been a complicated week and the past few months have been a whirlwind of uncertainties and transition. I made it a part of my day to attend Christine's Core Strength Vinyasa Flow at Ebb n Flow. Yes, I had just attended that class with her on Tuesday, but I knew its potential and it was exactly what I needed in that moment.

I left the class feeling lighter and with a clear mind and happy heart; I was ready to conquer anything. As a beginner yogi, I started practicing with Christine in May '15 and in this short period I have already become more flexible and more open to challenging my body's strength and foundation. Every class is different and brings the perfect combination of yin and yang; whatever you feel you need, her class provides.

Christine is also very knowledgable and shares her wisdom about yoga and the body constantly, something I really benefit from as a beginner.
